— Who we are

A yard full of lime. A phone that gets answered.

Total Lime is a Houston soil stabilization supplier. We stock the materials Texas contractors reach for on roadbeds, parking lots, commercial pads, and subdivisions — and we deliver them with a phone call, not a procurement portal.

No call-center runarounds. No surprise shortages. Just the product, on time, at the price we quoted.

— The product line

Six materials.
One phone call.

Whatever your soil profile, we have the lime-based product to handle it. Below is what's in our yard today.

01 — Hydrated Lime

The workhorse.

Dry hydrated lime for soil modification and long-term subgrade stabilization. Best for moderate-plasticity clays and drying wet cuts before you pave.

02 — Quicklime

For heavy clay and tight schedules.

High-calcium quicklime reacts on contact — pulls moisture out fast and drives pH up in stubborn soils. Slightly more handling discipline, dramatically faster results.

03 — Lime Slurry

No dust. No mixing.

Pre-mixed at our yard, ready to apply. Lower dust on residential and dust-sensitive sites; faster spread rates when your window is tight.

04 — Fly Ash

Strength gain over time.

Class C and F fly ash for cement replacement, structural fill, and base layers that need to keep gaining strength for months after placement.

05 — Lime / Fly Ash Blends

Engineered for your soil.

Pre-blended at spec ratios for specific soil types. Saves a step on site, ensures consistency load-to-load, and removes one variable from your QC report.

06 — Portland Cement

When you need cement-soil.

Type I/II Portland for soil-cement stabilization, cement-treated base, and structural applications where you need predictable early strength.

— Documents & data

Specs, SDS, and certifications.
Send them to your QC guy.

Every product we deliver comes with documentation your inspector will ask for. We're set up for that conversation.

— How we work

We're not a broker.
We're the yard.

When you call Total Lime, you reach our dispatch — not a sales rep, not a call center, not someone in another state reading off a price sheet. The person who takes your call is the same person coordinating your delivery.

We work the way Houston contractors work: pick up the phone, get a real number, get the truck on the road. That's the whole business model.

— Get on the schedule

Send your takeoff. We'll send a number.
